From the first email to day ninety.
Before the programme, a learner will share their background and set out their aims for the course, rating where they currently stand. They can ask an early question, complete a diagnostic, be matched with a conversation partner, and join their cohort’s space to introduce themselves and talk with peers. Where a client commissioned the programme, they will see what the client hopes they take away. During the programme, a short task is provided each evening, with an optional quick check on how the day went and one action to try back at work. Jodrell, the AI assistant, answers questions from teaching materials and can be used to practise difficult conversations. At the end of the programme, the learner rates their aims again to see what has changed, submits a plan of action and gives feedback on the programme. Afterwards, learners can opt into coaching check-ins, join a small group to work on real challenges at work and, where the programme offers it, ask about executive coaching.
